"Due to the cost, I didn't purchase the Magic Clean Eraser until it was recently on a buy one/get one sale. Perhaps the first box was old as both sponges literally disintegrated immediately in my hands (I was cleaning plastic chairs). I tried to keep the pieces because it was doing a great job of cleaning. I was afraid my dog might eat them so I was careful to gather them up. When I opened the second box I had better luck as the sponge didn't fall apart quite so quickly but still didn't last very long. I have one sponge left that I haven't used. I'm impressed with the results but they are too expensive to just be able to use on one chair or one mirror before they fall apart. It's a shame!"

Simply the Best
"Yesterday, I dyed by hair at home myself. Of course, I was a bit sloppy and some hairdye dripped onto my hardwood floors in the kitchen right in front of the refrigerator. I did not notice it until a half hour later when my husband was yelling at me about it. The stain was set. I used bleach, Fantastik with bleach, oops, and googone on the stain. Nothing worked. Then I remembered I just bought the Mr. Clean Magic Eraser and that did the trick! THANK YOU!!! I have company coming next week to stay and it would have been embarassing!"

Great cleaning ability, but flimsy
"Although I love the cleaning ability of the Magic Eraser, it is the only cleaning product that seems to be able to clean everything, they fall apart very easily. When I clean my shower I end up with little pieces of the Eraser all throughout the tub. They would be perfect if they did not crumble."

"I love this cleaning product!!! I have 3 kids and I am constantly cleaning my tile floor and the sponges clean up spills and scuffs instantly! The sponges work great on door frames, showers, sinks and almost everything!!! I am so addicted to the Magic Eraser, I think I use 2 or 3 each week!"

Why did I do that?
"I must be the only one in the world who buys a new product, item etc and puts it in the closet, under the sink or wherever and lets it sit. Then a friend mentions said item a year later and the light bulb goes off....... hmmm! I have that, maybe I should try it.
Well that's exactly what I did with a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser and Oh my Gosh! What was I thinking?
I washed my floors with Mr. Clean so they would dry over night. The floors looked excellent but there were still marks that I thought I would not be able to get out. I thought of what my friend said a couple days ago.
Surprise, surprise my year old Magic Eraser did an amazing job.
I then proceeded to go on to clean my stainless stove, refrigerator and diswasher front.
OK, I'm in! I'm a customer."

"My husband and I bought a house last year. One of the things we wanted to do was repaint the front door red. It did not work out so well. We used paint stripper and majority of the red came off but it left pink smears. The Mr Clean Magic Eraser was one of the few things we had left to try from our cleaning supplies so we gave it a go. We had to use more pressure than usual to scrub, but the remaining paint came right off! It did what the paint stripper couldn't. Thanks to the magic eraser we will not get mocked by neighbors for having a pink door."

"I saw a Mr. Clean commercial where they took the Magic Eraser and did deep cleaning on tiles, etc. I had a problem in my shower with the white tile looking black and no matter what I tried I could not get it off even with heavy duty spray cleaners. So as a last resort I tried scrubbing with the Mr. Clean Magic Eraser - which I thought was just for scuff marks - and IT CLEANED THE TILES COMPLETELY. I went out and bought more and I also bought the Mr. Clean mop to use on my tile floors and it left them looking bright and not dingy! I LOVE this product!"

almost the worse purchase ever
"I am really not satisfied with the magic eraser I couldn't tell that it cleaned at all the smell was nice but I could have bought smell in can for a dollar. Sorry but I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone I have another sponge left I think I will just trash it so I won't have to be disappointed twice"

I didn't believe it.
"I have off white leather furniture (7 years old). I have tried many products to clean it, some well known that are over $50 and it did not work. I have 3 dogs, 4 boys and grandkids that have layed, jumped etc. on it, and it was dirty looking. I saw one day on the internet that Magic Eraser cleans leather furniture, so I picked it up. I was amazed, my furniture looks like new. I love it. It cleaned better than any leather furniture cleaner that I tried. I always thought "it's just a sponge" I was wrong!!! I will try it on many other things now and always keep a supply for my furniture. Please do not discontinue or improve this product, it is great the way it is!!!!!! I did take a picture but cannot import it, you would be amazed."

CLEAN A PAINTED/STAINED DECK.
"This morning I hosed down my deck but it still had some footprints on it from walking across it when it was wet and muddy out. So I got out a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser and just like Magic the footprints wiped away.
First I had tried my mop with some cleanser on it, and that didn't work, so was very pleased that Magic Eraser did the trick. My only suggestion would be to make them last longer and make them bigger too. Thanks."

wonderful product
"I just want to thank the person who invented or developed this product.. This is the best product ever. I can't say enough about it, it's wonderful. I have well water and I get this ugly green film in my tub and sink and that is the only thing that takes it away. "i do have to say they clean but they fall apart immediately i only wiped my shoe and the pad started to fall into tiny little pieces all over my floor cleaned but was only good for one time use--- not worth the 3.00 i would rather scrub with a paper towel and get the same outcome with no mess"

My 2 year old is lucky I bought these!
"Magic Eraser literally saved me from having a nervous breakdown today. While attending to my newborn, my 2 year old son found a permanent marker and decided to show off his artwork over a large portion of our house. He scribbled on wood cabinets, several pieces of wood furniture, a leather chair, a window, a toilet lid, and our LCD flat screen tv. I almost passed out when I surveyed the damage! I remembered that I had one Magic Eraser left, but I didn't really see how it could remove permanent marker. I started scrubbing and couldn't believe my eyes when it actually removed all the scribbles-even from the television screen! That one Magic Eraser saved thousands of dollars of items from being ruined. I am eternally grateful to you, Mr. Clean!!!"

"I love this product !!!!! I was getting my house ready to sell and my daughter told me about Magic Erasers. Oh my stars !!! It cleaned the my stove top, the refrigerator-inside and out, counter tops, the tile back splash in the kitchen, bathroom sink and counter, shoe scuffs on the front and back doors, window frames, and finger prints on the walls. The uses were endless. I have told so many people about Magic Erasers. This product is fun to use. I went around the house trying it on anything that it was approved to use on. "I had a huge amount of green paint on my tiles (5 kids with a school mascot of a dragon).
